Once payment has been received, your order will begin processing the same business day for orders placed before 12pm and the following  business day for orders placed after 12pm. 

Standard (5 days guaranteed) and expedited (3 days guaranteed) options are available. 

Orders placed after 12pm are processed the following business day. 

Delivery is facilitated by CSF Couriers 7 days a week. You will receive emails with order tracking information including a notification on the day of your delivery including the driver’s name and contact number. The driver will call you directly to arrange delivery and receive directions if required. If you are unreachable, the delivery will be rescheduled for the following day.  

Yes! Our pre paid delivery mailers are home compostable. Cash deliveries are packing in a brown paper bag.

All our products are designed to be more sustainable options with low waste. Products and their packaging are either home compostable or recyclable. Aluminium tins can also be returned to us for refill. Please see individual product pages for details on product and packaging materials.
