Directions
Place on your underwear with the patterned side facing down and charcoal bamboo side facing up and snap in place. Change every 3 – 5 hours (depending on your flow). Prolonged skin contact with blood can cause irritation.
Care
At your earliest convenience, rinse until water runs clear. Apply soap and hand wash or add to a machine laundry load. Hang to dry.
